UID Bank provides delivery services across India through trusted courier partners and India Post. We ensure that all our customers, whether in urban or rural areas, receive their banking materials safely and promptly.

Once your application or service request is approved, the dispatch process begins. Typical delivery timelines are:

🔹 3. Shipping Charges
UID Bank does not charge any additional shipping fees for standard deliveries of account-related materials.
However, special deliveries (such as express or duplicate dispatches) may incur minimal service charges, which will be clearly mentioned before processing the request.
🔹 4. Tracking Information
Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through SMS or email. Customers can track the status of their shipment directly through the courier partner’s website or by contacting UID Bank’s customer care.
🔹 5. Address Accuracy
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate address details at the time of account creation or service request. UID Bank will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
🔹 6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If the shipment is returned to UID Bank due to unavailability, incorrect address, or non-acceptance, our customer support team will contact you to arrange re-dispatch.
In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply depending on the reason for the return.

Currently, UID Bank does not provide international shipping. All physical items are shipped only within India.
