🏦 UID Bank Refund Policy

At UID Bank, customer satisfaction and trust are our highest priorities. We strive to ensure every transaction is processed smoothly and transparently. Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Any loss or charge due to third-party service providers outside UID Bank’s control.

  • Change of mind or voluntary cancellation after service completion.


🔹 2. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Submit a Refund Request Form available on the UID Bank website or mobile app.

  2. Provide proof of payment (transaction ID, reference number, or receipt).

  3. Attach a valid ID proof and registered UID Bank account details.

  4. Mention the reason for the refund clearly and accurately.

Refund requests can also be sent via official email to support@uidbank.in or by visiting the nearest UID Bank branch.



🔹 3. Refund Processing Time

  • All eligible refund requests are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Once verified, the refund will be credited to the original source of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

  • In case of delays, UID Bank will notify the customer through SMS or email.


🔹 4. Mode of Refund

Refunds are processed through the same payment mode used during the original transaction, such as:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Card

  • Net Banking

  • Account Transfer

UID Bank does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.



🔹 5. Dispute Resolution

If a customer disagrees with a refund decision, they may contact the Grievance Redressal Officer via:

The grievance will be resolved within 15 working days of receiving the complaint.
